The 2nd wave of coronavirus has been devastating, much deadlier and infectious than the 1st wave. The medical infrastructure has been overwhelmed with oxygen shortage adding fuel to the fire. We are still reeling under the consequences of the catastrophic 2nd wave, while the leaders are talking about their preparedness for the expected 3rd wave. A take at the same.
